Shrimp Crown Le Soleil du Sud style

Portion for 2-3 people

Ingredients:

1 Sweet Potato
Fresh dill
1 bag of Argentinian wild shrimp

Steps:

Cook the sweet potato (sliced)
Wash the shrimp in lukewarm water
Cook the shrimp in the sweet potato cooking water and add fresh dill as directed
Serve with the sauce of your choice

** Shrimp cooking: 1 minute. Do not exceed 1 minute otherwise the shrimp will become hard and rubbery.
