Ingredients:
1 Trout Fillet
1 Green onion (shallot)
½ Red onion
10 Cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Steps
Cut into small pieces 1 green onion
Thinly slice ½ red onion
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Put the trout fillet, onions and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add a drizzle of olive oil
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.
