Ingredients

1 avocado
10 ml (2 tsp) of lime juice
1/2 lb (225 g) of frozen Argentina Sun Shrimp
15 ml (1 tbsp.) of olive oil
1/2 lime zest
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Sriracha sauce
24 Grissol Bakery bread bites with olive oil

Steps

In a bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice with a fork.
Salt and pepper.
In another bowl, combine the shrimp, oil, lime zest and Sriracha sauce.
Salt and pepper.
Divide the avocado puree over the Baguettes
Garnish with the shrimp mixture.
